An intimate, heart-centered retreat for women to soften, open, and reconnect — with our wombs, our bodies, and one another.

On June 7th, you are invited into a gently held and nurturing space where we will explore our relationship with our wombs in a way that feels safe, honoring, and deeply supportive.

Together, we will create a space to soften… to listen… and to be witnessed in sisterhood.

Through guided practices, movement, and ritual, we will tend to the body as a temple… awakening the connection between womb and heart, and honoring the patterns we carry with compassion and curiosity.

This day retreat is intentionally intimate (limited to 6 women), allowing for depth, safety, and meaningful connection.

Together, we will explore:
• The roots of disconnection from our wombs — social, cultural, and emotional
• Grounded, empowering awareness of our pelvic and reproductive anatomy
• A guided meditation to connect with and adorn our wombs as a sacred inner temple
• Gentle,self-led womb massage practices
• Soft, nourishing movement to ground into our roots, gently opening the hips and pelvis
• Intuitive, expressive movement to awaken the natural rhythm of the body
• Space for sharing, witnessing, and heartfelt connection in sisterhood
• Time in nature for quiet reflection, journaling, and spacious integration

We will close with time in nature for silent integration, allowing each woman to settle inward at her own pace, before returning to circle to gently land and share.
