Weekly Beginner Meditation Class

Come join us for a weekly Meditation Session with a friendly, experienced mindfulness facilitator.
We will have an opening circle and introductions. The facilitator will offer her experience and options for the meditation. We will have two kinds of meditations, sitting and walking. Each mediation will only be 15 minutes, perfect for the beginner. It’s almost always easier to meditate in a small group.
We’d love to have you join us—no experience or equipment needed, just an open mind and heart.
