Join us for the fourth session of NVC for Women, where we’ll focus on integrating the NVC framework into your inner dialogue, with a special emphasis on setting and maintaining compassionate boundaries. This session will provide space to reflect on your progress from previous sessions, identify where boundaries are most needed, and practice using mindful self-awareness to assert those boundaries in alignment with your core values and unmet needs.
Through interactive exercises, you’ll gain valuable tools for navigating your inner critic with empathy, fostering self-respect, and creating space for emotional balance and clarity.
This session is designed to regain your power, honor your boundaries with compassion and confidence, and support your journey of self-awareness and growth.
