Mindfulness for Women with ADHD: Working with the Inner Critic (1st class)

Have you noticed how you talk to yourself in your mind or out loud? In ways you wouldn’t talk to others?
This is your Inner Critic, and it isn’t your fault she’s so mean.
You are not broken.
Your brain is not the problem.
And this is not a place to be fixed —
It is a place to remember who you are beneath the noise. (oh, there is so much noise!)
Each session weaves together radical self-compassion, deep education on the lived experience of ADHD, and the liberatory tools of mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) — all held in the juicy embrace of sacred ritual and community.
We’ll explore:
- Your inner dialogue — not to silence it, but to listen, love, and re-language it
- The four pillars of NVC: observation, feelings, needs, and boundaries — as a path of sovereign communication
- How to meet your neurology with grace, tools, and power
Our time together includes:
- Guided meditations to root you in the now
- A sound bath to recalibrate your nervous system (2nd class
- Indigenous-influenced practices that honor Earth and ancestry
- Somatic release rituals from the lineages of Mama Gena and Dr. Amanda Hansen (4th class
- Journaling, role play, group sharing, and solo reflection
- And most of all, the sacred witnessing of one another’s truth
This is a space for womyn who are ready to stop apologizing for their minds and start honoring their deep intelligence, sensitivity, and fire.
Come as you are.
Leave more you than ever before
Space limited to 10 womyn. Sessions are signed up for individually, but occur each Sunday in January.
