Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yuko)

Step into the quiet hush of the forest and allow yourself to be held by the earth. Together, we’ll move slowly, guided by presence, breath, and the whispers of the trees. Forest bathing is not about distance or destination—it’s about arriving fully where you are.
With gentle invitations rooted in mindfulness, we’ll awaken our senses, soften our pace, and open to the medicine of the natural world. In this shared stillness, the forest becomes our teacher, offering rest, renewal, and connection.
Come as you are—no experience needed. Leave with your body and spirit nourished, your heart more spacious, and your nervous system soothed by nature’s embrace.
Our space is nestled within the human world, so along with the stillness of our practice, you may also notice the gentle presence of everyday life—traffic and neighborhood sounds in the background. We choose to practice with everything in life.
